From 1 to 5 December 2025, assistant Magdalena Novosel participated in an online training course titled “Introduction to the Syntax of the R Language and Its Application in Basic Statistical and Graphical Data Analysis”, organized by the University Computing Centre (Srce).

The training was focused on acquiring fundamental knowledge required for working with the R programming language, one of the most widely used tools for statistical data processing and analysis. During the five-day programme, participants were introduced through interactive lectures to the basic syntax of R, data import and preparation processes, and methods for conducting basic statistical analyses.

Special emphasis was placed on graphical analysis and data visualization, enabling participants to gain practical skills for more effective interpretation of results.

Participation in this training represents an important step in professional development and will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of work.
