The Manual is intended to be used solely by the Croatian Competition Agency to help collect and classify ex-post data on state aid in Croatia according to the EU methodology. The obtained data are used to draft annual reports on state aid for the Croatian Parliament and the European Commission and serve as the basis to design Croatian economic policy toward state aid.
