The objective of the research was, according to the expressed requirements of Posmrtna pripomoć, to design a compensation system for the purpose of enhancing the motivation of the company’s employees and associates. Various options adapted to the specific characteristics of Posmrtna pripomoć and its activity were analysed, and their impact on the strategic, financial and motivational determinants of future activity were assessed.
