The Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE), through its county chambers, conducted an on-line survey on the educational needs in small and medium enterprises with particular emphasis on entrepreneurial skills. It was part of the Project realised by the South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning - SEECEL. The Project was financed by the European Union and on the national level it was co-financed by the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Croatia.
The survey was conducted in the period from 31 October to 25 November 2011, while the analysis of the results took place in March and April 2012. The poll was aimed at selected SMEs, which were asked to respond to a questionnaire containing 27 questions. The questionnaire was divided into three categories. The first part contained general information for identifying small and medium enterprises, the second was dedicated to the information on the size of the entity, employee structure and business trends, while the third part was oriented to human potentials and employee trainings.
The research is available in the repository of the Institute of Public Finance.
