The Ministry of Labour and Pension System has launched the project Analysis of the Wage System in the Republic of Croatia within the preparation of responses to the questions raised by the European Commission within the framework of the European Semester. The European Commission requested the Republic of Croatia to provide analyses and data relating to differences in wages between the public sector, the private sector and state-owned enterprises, institutional aspects of wage setting, development of the wage and benefits system for the last 5-10 years in each sector and data on wages and benefits by profession.
