Institute of Public Finance, in close consultation with the Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency (GIFT), was researching public participation in national-level government fiscal policy and budget processes in Croatia. The Institute delivered a case study for Croatia, which will serve for the comparative study of public participation in a selected number of countries.
