The goal of the project was to establish a parity fund in Croatia in order to transfer the knowledge and best practices from countries with a long tradition in social dialogue. Parity funds are a complementary form of other social mechanisms that usually cover areas such as education and training for occupational health and safety but can also be used as a supplemental form of pension insurance and source of compensation for leave of absence and sick leave.
