The overall objective of the Project, run by the Office for Work Quality was to improve the availability and quality of data on industrial relations. The task consisted of collecting primary data on trade union membership and numbers of workers covered by collective agreements referring to relevant sources of data from administrative records and/or interviews with focal persons in trade unions and national agencies.
