The goal of the Project was to prepare a national study on the extent to which and how Croatia as an EU Member State used the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund in the programming period 2014-2020 to support its justice system. The activities in the first phase consisted of a detailed overview and concise summary of programming documents (national strategic reference frameworks, partnership agreements and operational programmes), evaluations, including ex ante and ex post evaluations, evaluation plans, implementation reports, and any needs assessments undertaken during the programming period in Croatia. The second phase comprised the preparation of a detailed overview of all planned, on-going and finalised EU-funded projects connected to the justice system in Croatia.
