Project description:
Small and medium-sized enterprises represent an extremely dynamic and important part of the economy, from which arises the need for further study of factors that affect the operations and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The goal of this project is to clarify the concepts of strategic networking, innovation and business performance, and to investigate the influence of strategic networking on the innovation and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the Republic of Croatia.
On the basis of collected and analyzed data, the goal of the project is to provide guidelines regarding the design and implementation of policies and activities to encourage strategic networking and innovation for companies operating in the public sector..
