Project description:
The project aimed at closing persisting anti-corruption policy implementation gaps across SEE through fostering an inclusive regional cross-border cooperation to increase the accountability of state institutions and strengthen the rule of law. This was achieved by mainstreaming social research innovation instruments, capacity building, and the establishment of a sustainable regional good governance public-private partnership platform in beneficiary countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia). Through various events, meetings, presentations and delivery of annual reports, various stakeholders were involved – representatives of non-governmental organizations, citizens, representatives of the executive and legislative authorities, the business and academic community, diplomatic representatives, etc. Strong contact was established with them and a successful exchange of shared anti-corruption and good governance solutions in Southeast Europe. Numerous media articles and interviews were prepared during the Project, including videos and social media posts.
