At the virtual round table "Collective Bargaining and Income Inequality", held on 3 October 2023, Predrag Bejaković presented the results of the Bargaining for Equality project. The project is funded by the European Commission (VS/2021/0209), and is implemented by the Research Institute for Work and Society (HIVA) from the Catholic University of Leuven together with partner organizations. In addition to the Institute of Public Finance, the members of the consortium are the Center for European Policy Studies (Belgium), Fundación 1° de Mayo (Spain), the Labour Institute for Economic Research (Finland), and the Lithuanian Center for Social Sciences (Lithuania). The project is supported by the European Trade Union Institute.

The project aims to propose measures to strengthen the collective bargaining system in Europe to reduce income inequality and ensure fair wages for all workers. In his presentation, Predrag Bejaković offered recommendations for Croatia.
