On July 28, 2025, Director of the Institute of Public Finance, Vjekoslav Bratić, signed a Cooperation Agreement with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Marko Primorac. The aim of the Agreement is to support the development of higher-quality economic policies, enhance fiscal transparency, and strengthen professional capacities in the field of public finance in the Republic of Croatia.

The cooperation encompasses a wide range of activities, including the preparation of expert studies and analyses, collaboration on scientific and professional projects, publication of scientific papers and other publications, promotion of science through public debates, round tables and panel discussions, educational activities such as seminars, workshops and lectures, and the exchange of knowledge and experience through joint events.

The Agreement reaffirms the successful existing cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and the Institute and opens new opportunities for joint work on projects important for public finance and economic development.

By signing the Agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Institute of Public Finance, the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, and the Institute of Economics, Zagreb have joined the existing network of scientific and professional partners, further strengthening it with their contribution.
