The appereance of work


Works are to be submitted on a diskette to which one hard copy is appended.

Lay out of the works. The work should be written with a double space on A 4 pages. All pages have to be numbered. The first page should contain:

- the title of the work

- an abstract and the key words, not longer than one page

- an abstract of the work and the key words in English.

Equations. All the equations have to be written very legibly. They should be numbered, and the ordinal numbers of the equations given in brackets by the right margin.

Footnotes should be numbered in the order in which they appear, in Arabic numerals, at the bottom of the page.

Tables. All tables have to be as simple as possible. They are to be numbered in the order in which they appear in Arabic numerals. All tables have to have titles and state the sources of the information.  Notes in tables should be marked in italic letters (a, b, c) and placed immediately under the tables.

Graphs should be of such a nature as to be able to be read without difficulty, and numbered in the order in which they appear. The captions should be clear and unequivocal. The graphs should fit into the size of the page and they should be drawn and marked professionally so as to be legible even when they are reduced.

The literature should be cited according to the names of the author and the year of publication, e.g., Smith-Jones 1989 or (Smith, 1990).  The quotes from the authors should be in the text and not in footnotes. Literature is cited at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order according to names of author. Citations are made in this way:
